Giving You the Best Experience

We love all of our clients at Amelia's Therapies, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Cancellations 

​

We really understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you can no longer make it to your appointment. We politely ask for any cancellations to be at least 24 hours prior to your booking, so we're able to fill the gap and offer the space to another client. Any cancellations less than 24hours incur a 50% fee of the total booking cost, and no show we ask for 100% of the total booking cost.

We appreciate your understanding on this policy, to protect our small business.

Under 18's 

​

Teens are so welcome for suitable treatments, in the presence of a parent or guardian.

Consultation Forms

​

On your first visit to us, we ask you to complete an online consultation form via Fresha. This is completely secure and confidential, but if you'd rather complete a physical from, stored securely in salon, do let us know prior to your appointment so we can allow a little extra time.

Punctuality

​

We kindly ask if you could arrive at your appointment time, rather than any earlier. We are committed to delivering each service with the full timings, never cutting treatments short; allowing time for you to calmly get yourself ready for the world again after your treatments. We like to avoid anyone feeling rushed in any way, which is why we ask you to arrive at your appointment time, rather than too early. There are some lovely shops and cafés to pop in around the village if you find yourself early.
